CNC Turning Center: Our 1 CNC Turning Center features live tooling, Y axis machining, dual spindle, and an automatic tool and work offset presetter. This allows us to produce complex and intricate parts with high precision and efficiency.
CNC Waterjet Cutting Centers: Our 3 CNC waterjet cutting centers are equipped with Tilt-A-Jet technology, allowing us to achieve zero taper cutting. With a large cutting envelope of 80″ x 160″ and cutting pressure of 60,000 PSI, we can handle a wide range of materials and thicknesses. Our tolerance is +/-0.005″, ensuring high-quality results every time.
Fiber Laser Cutting Center: Our fiber laser cutting center uses the latest fiber cutting technology to produce precise and accurate results. With a cutting envelope of 60″ x 120″ and cutting Kurf of 0.005″, we can meet the demands of even the most challenging projects. Our dimension tolerance is +/-0.003″.
Inspection Equipment: We use Mitutoyo CMM and Comparator equipment to ensure the highest level of accuracy and quality control.
Miscellaneous Support Equipment: In addition to our CNC machines, we have a variety of miscellaneous support equipment, including a saw, manual lathe and milling, surface grinder, forklift, and tumbler.
Lead Time and Capacity: Our lead time ranges from 1 to 5 weeks depending on the machining complexity and quantity. Our current capacity is 60-80%.
